我有一个培训课，原本有四位副省级的领导报了名，但是到最后又说不来了。于是我的助理就给其中一个学员打电话，问他能不能来听听课，他说没时间。后来我的助理说明天的课会有几个部级领导出现，会有几个司长出现。随后，那个学员马上打电话来说他有时间。所以来不来听课和时间没有任何关系，和人有关，它反映的就是一种商业的人性。

所以，如果你想追求财富，你首先得接受商业文化。据说，万达集团的董事长王健林有一个座右铭：胆子大，脸皮厚，不见黄河不死心，不撞南墙不回头。前面两个是心理问题，是人性，就是经商应该具备什么人性；后面两个是做事的意志力，是一种做事的作风。

真正经商要懂得商业文化，更需要修炼人性。
