窦昆:这场学习很值得

今天在晋级学习的过程中，感受最深的是晋级团队。一个企业的壮大，离不开强大的团队。这支团队有朝气，有凝聚力，这也是我们最需要学习的。收获颇多的是在招聘方面，自身对人力资源比较感兴趣，听了大张老师分享的经验，参与了现场实操，在招聘老师方面有了新的定位。其次是托管自创品牌系列，更加丰富学校的产品，给学校带来更多的收益，这也是下一步我需要做的规划。

大家从四面八方赶来，在晋级的平台中相互学习，相互探讨，收获的东西真的很多，我很感恩老师们的分享给我带来的收获，这场学习很值得！

看到大家活跃的气氛，自己也很快融入到这支团队中来，在轻松的环境中，更容易吸收一些好的内容。第一天的收获就如此丰富，我相信在接下来的两天中肯定会有不一样的惊喜等着我。我也希望能够把在晋级学到的东西带到自己的团队中去，和晋级一起茁壮成长，一起努力！
